Classical music

Classical music usually refers to European classical music, but sometimes also in Persian classical music, India, and others. European classical music itself consists of several periods, such as baroque, classical, and romantic.
Classical music is a broad term that usually refers to music made in or rooted in the traditions of Western art, Christian music, and orchestral music, covers the period from about the 9th century to the 21st century. [1]
European classical music is distinguished from non-European forms of music and popular music, especially the music notation system, which has been used since about the 16th century. [2] Western music notation is used by composers to give instructions to the bearer of the music on the pitch, speed, metrum, individual rhythms and exact nature of a piece of music. This limits the practices such as improvisation and ad libitum ornamentation is often heard in non-European music (compare Indian classical music and Japanese traditional music) and popular music.

Formerly classical music in Europe mainly used for songs in church or accompaniment tracks for the King. Along with the development, also emerged from the classical music used for other purposes, such as describing classical music as audio visual, for example the song Cat and Mouse depicting a cat chasing a mouse.
